גוף חימום טבילה חסין פיצוץ עם ליבה נשלפת לחימום שמנים ונוזלים דומים באזורים מסוכנים. מיועד ליישומים שבהם נדרשת צפיפות חום נמוכה. ניתן לשלוף את גופי החימום לבדיקה ללא ריקון המערכת. מבנה סטנדרטי כולל גוף חימום יחיד או מספר ליבות המותקנות באוגן. תיבת חיבורים חזקה מגינה על החיבורים החשמליים. צפיפות ההספק של הליבה נקבעת לפי התווך המחומם ולפי ההספק הנדרש. המערכת כוללת הגנת התחממות יתר כסטנדרט ויכולה לכלול חיישני טמפרטורת תהליך לפי דרישה. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
