מתי לבחור את מחמם בלוק/ארון מותאם FXS?
סדרת המחממים מיועדת לחימום ארונות, מארזים, בלוקים ורכיבים לפי התאמה לדרישות הלקוח. המחממים מווסתים את עצמם ומפחיתים את ההספק כאשר הטמפרטורה עולה. אין צורך בתרמוסטט להפעלה בטוחה, אך ניתן לשלב תרמוסטט לניהול טמפרטורה משופר. המחממים מתאימים לשימוש באזורים מסוכנים עם אטמוספרות גז ואבק. טמפרטורת הסביבה המותרת מתחילה ב־60- מעלות צלזיוס. דגמים בדרגת טמפרטורה נמוכה יותר פועלים עד 130 מעלות צלזיוס. דגמים בדרגת טמפרטורה גבוהה יותר פועלים עד 180 מעלות צלזיוס. המעטפת עשויה אלומיניום באנודיזציה קשה ומתאימה לשימוש יבשתי וימי. ניתן להבריג את המחמם ישירות לרכיב שצריך חימום. ההספק המרבי הוא עד 1000 ואט, בכפוף לתכנון, אופן ההתקנה ותנאי הסביבה. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
