מחמם תהליך מהונדס לזרימה בתנאי סביבה נפיצה. מיועד לבנייה לפי מפרט הלקוח. מתאים לאזור מסוכן בדרגה גבוהה ולשימוש תעשייתי כבד. מיועד לחימום גזים תעשייתיים, שמנים, מים, נפט גולמי, פחמימנים ונוזלי תהליך. ההספק המרבי הוא 5000 קילוואט. טווח טמפרטורת הסביבה הוא מינוס 60 עד פלוס 60 מעלות צלזיוס. סיווגי הטמפרטורה הם 1 עד 6. תיבת החיבורים מוגנת מפני מזג אוויר ועשויה נירוסטה. גופי החימום אטומים במיוחד נגד חדירת לחות. ניתן להחליף כל גוף חימום בנפרד באתר ללא כלים מיוחדים. האלמנטים נתמכים פנימית כדי לצמצם רעידות הנגרמות מזרימה ונקודות חמות. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
