מתי לבחור את לוח בקרה מוגן הזרקה Ex p?
פתרונות לוחות בקרה מוגני הזרקה מיועדים לאזורים מסוכנים. החישובים המלאים מבוצעים בתוך החברה. קיימות יחידות הזרקה המסוגלות ללחוץ מארזים בנפח עד 12.7 מטר מעוקב ללא חישובים נוספים. מערכות גדולות יותר אפשריות באמצעות מספר יחידות הזרקה וחישובי פיזור חום נוספים. כאשר נדרש קירור, מערכות מאוורר מאולץ מוחלפות במקררי מערבולת. המארזים זמינים מפלדת אל חלד 316 או מפלדה רכה צבועה לפי מערכת הצבע שהלקוח מציין. כל המארזים בדירוג אטימות 66. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
