מתי לבחור את מערכת ניטור לחץ-יתר QSS?
מערכת לניטור לחץ יתר להפעלת ציוד שאינו מוגן פיצוץ בתוך ארון בקרה בלחץ יתר באזור מסוכן. הלחץ היתר מונע חדירה של אטמוספרות נפיצות אל תוך המארז. בגישה המתוארת אין שלב שטיפה מוקדמת. במקום זאת הארון נבדק באמצעות גלאי גז כדי לוודא שאין בתוכו תערובת גז ואוויר הניתנת להצתה. הגישה חוסכת זמן הפעלה ואוויר שטיפה יקר לפני הכנסת הציוד לפעולה. כל הרכיבים מותקנים בתוך הארון. המערכת מסופקת עם חיווט מוכן לחיבור. ניתן לבצע תצורה פנימית על ידי הלקוח ולאשר אותה מול היצרן. מתאפשרת התקנה של ממשק מפעיל לא מאושר מאחורי יריעה. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
