מתי לבחור את גוף חימום לדוד?
גוף חימום חלופי עם אוגן לדודים תעשייתיים ולמחממי מים תעשייתיים. ניתן לייצר התאמה לדגם קיים כאשר ידועים ההספק, המתח, האורך וגודל האוגן. קיימים דגמים סטנדרטיים עם אוגן עגול או אוגן מרובע. אורך גוף החימום תלוי באורך הפנוי בתוך הדוד. היחידות מתוכננות בהתאמה אישית לפי מפרט הלקוח. ניתן להזמין גדלים, הספקים וחומרים מיוחדים לפי בקשה. מיועד להתקנה במכלים ובכלים בלחץ. מתאים לחימום מים, שמן, נוזלי העברת חום, תמיסות מאכלות וגזים. מערכות מים חמים מחממות בדרך כלל עד 230 מעלות פרנהייט. מערכות מים חמים פועלות בדרך כלל בלחץ של 30 עד 125. דודי קיטור בלחץ נמוך מוגבלים ל־15. דודים בלחץ גבוה יכולים להגיע עד 1000. חימום חשמלי מתואר כיעיל, נקי, שקט וקל להתקנה. היעדר פליטות פחמן תורם לעלויות תחזוקה נמוכות ולהחלפה קלה של גופי החימום. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
