מתי לבחור את גוף חימום אינ-ליין?
גוף חימום אינליין מיועד לחימום נוזלים בתהליך זרימה. הוא מתאים לחימום ביניים תוך שמירה על קצב זרימה. החום מופק מחשמל ומועבר ישירות לנוזל היעד. המבנה כולל גוף חימום טבילה בתוך תא מתכתי עמיד לקורוזיה. התא משמש לבידוד ולהפחתת אובדן חום במערכת הסחרור. הנוזל מוזרם למערכת באמצעות משאבה ומחומם מחדש בלולאה סגורה. הטמפרטורה נשלטת באמצעות תרמוסטט חיישנים ובקרה דיגיטלית. המוצר מתאים לשימושים תעשייתיים עם מים שמנים קיטור ונוזלים מסוכנים. המוצר מסייע בשמירה על צמיגות נוזלים ועל קצב עיבוד יציב. ניתן להזמין תצורות שונות של חומרים אוגנים מארזים וכיווני התקנה. קיימות אפשרויות למארזים עמידים ללחות ולמיקומים מסוכנים. ניתן לספק יחידות בהתאמה אישית לפי תכונות כימיות ופיזיקליות של הנוזל. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
