מתי לבחור את מחמם קו להבי-עמיד Ex d?
מחממי קו להבה עמידים מיועדים לחימום נוזלי תהליך בזרימה רציפה. הסדרה מתאימה לנוזלי תהליך שאינם גורמים לקורוזיה לחומרי המבנה. המחממים מספקים שיטת חימום נקייה ויעילה ליישומי זרימת נוזלים בכמות גדולה. הסדרה מאושרת לשימוש באזורים מסוכנים עם אטמוספרות גז או אבק. המבנה כולל בידוד תרמי, חיפוי, תיבת חיבורים עמידה למזג אוויר ותרמוסטטים פנימיים לבקרה ולהגנת חום יתר. המחמם מיועד להתקנה אופקית, וגרסה להתקנה אנכית זמינה לפי בקשה. חומרי מבנה חלופיים זמינים לפי הצורך. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
