מתי לבחור את מחמם תהליך ליבה נשלפת להבי-עמיד FP/BFP?
מחמם תהליך חשמלי להבי עמיד עם ליבה נשלפת. מיועד לשימוש באזור מסוכן בדרגה 1. מתאים להתקנה בכלי תהליך. ניתן להחליף את גופי החימום בלי לרוקן את כלי התהליך. הגישה לגופי החימום נעשית דרך תיבת החיבורים. ניתן להחליף כל גוף חימום בנפרד באתר ללא כלים מיוחדים. ההספק מגיע עד 1000 קילוואט לכל מחמם. אפשר להשיג הספקים גדולים יותר באמצעות שילוב מארזים. גופי חימום מסוג ליבה קרמית אינם רגישים לבעיות חדירת לחות. ניתן להתקין גופי חימום נגד עיבוי לפי הצורך. מתאים לטמפרטורות סביבה גבוהות ונמוכות. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
