אטם חדירת ברגים לזרמים גבוהים מיועד להעברת חיבור חשמלי דרך דופן מארז באזורים עם סכנת פיצוץ. המוצר מתאים במיוחד ליישומים עם זרמים גבוהים ומבנהו מתואר כחזק ופשוט להתקנה. האטם יצוק בשרף עמיד לטמפרטורה גבוהה ולעקיבה חשמלית, המספק בידוד טוב אל דופן המארז ועמידות גבוהה. קוטר הבורג המוצהר הוא מ־5 עד 25 מילימטר, וגדלים אחרים זמינים לפי בקשה. המתח המרבי הוא עד 6600 וולט בהתאם לגרסה, וטווח הזרם הוא מ־10 עד 630 אמפר. התצורה המרבית הסטנדרטית היא בורג אחד, ויותר מבורג אחד זמין לפי בקשה. טווח טמפרטורת הסביבה הוא מ־55- עד 115 מעלות צלזיוס בהתאם לגרסה. השרוול המוברג עשוי פליז מצופה ניקל, בגדלים מ־10 עד 42. חומרי הבורג הם פליז נחושת ונחושת אלקטרוליטית. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
