מתי לבחור את אטם חדירה לכבלים מסוג נתקע?
אטם חדירה נתיק לכבלים מיועד לאזורים מוגני פיצוץ ולאטמוספרות נפיצות. העיצוב הנתיק מאפשר התקנה מהירה ללא הברגה. המוצר מיועד להתקנה קלה ולשימוש ממושך במבנה קשיח. קטרים תקניים הם 10 עד 40 מילימטר. קטרים עד 80 מילימטר זמינים לפי בקשה. חתכי מוליכים הם 0.08 עד 185 מילימטר רבוע. ניתן לשלב עד 99 מוליכים. טווח הטמפרטורה התקני הוא 55- עד 115 מעלות צלזיוס. גרסה לטמפרטורה גבוהה זמינה לטווח 60- עד 150 מעלות צלזיוס. השרוולים עשויים פליז מצופה ניקל כתקן. נירוסטה זמינה לפי בקשה. אטמי חדירה כאלה משמשים לחיבור חשמלי של ציוד באזורים עם סכנת פיצוץ. ניתן להשתמש בהם במעגלים בטיחותיים מטבעם. ניתן להשתמש בהם במעגלי מדידה ובקרה. ניתן להשתמש בהם במעגלי אנרגיה. כאשר הכניסות מסופקות ללא כבלים ויצוקות בלבד הן יכולות לשמש כסוגרי פתחים למארזים חסיני לחץ. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
