מתי לבחור את גוף חימום טבילה תבריג?
גוף חימום טבילה עם תבריג להתקנה במכלים, כלי תהליך או צנרת. היחידה בנויה מאלמנטים צינוריים בצורת סיכת ראש המחוברים למחבר תבריג מעובד. ההתקנה מתבצעת דרך מחבר מתוברג בדופן המכל או בתוך צינור. המוצר מיועד לחימום נוזלים וגזים במכלים ובכלי תהליך. האלמנטים השקועים מתוכננים להעברת חום מהירה ולחימום מהיר של הנוזל. ניתן להשתמש בתרמוסטטים מכניים או בלוחות בקרה דיגיטליים להשגת טמפרטורת יעד מדויקת. ניתן להוסיף שרוולי מדידה עבור גששי הגבלת טמפרטורה להגנה על הנוזל ועל התהליך. קיימות אפשרויות מעטפת מנחושת, פלדה, נירוסטה, טיטניום וסגסוגות עמידות. קיימות תיבות חיבורים רגילות, עמידות לחות ומוגנות פיצוץ לפי דרישה. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
