מתי לבחור את גוף חימום בצינור?
גוף חימום עקיף המותקן בתוך צינור תקני בקוטר 2 או 3 אינץ׳. מיועד לחימום מכלים ונוזלים דרך דופן הצינור ללא מגע ישיר בין גוף החימום לנוזל. מתאים לנוזלים הדורשים צפיפות הספק נמוכה במיוחד. מתאים לשעווה, נוזלים סמיכים, זפת, מולסה, שמני דלק כבדים, נוזלים קורוזיביים ונוזלים בעלי צמיגות גבוהה. היעדר מגע ישיר עם הנוזל מאפשר החלפה ותחזוקה בלי לרוקן את המכל. ניתן לבנות את המוצר בתצורות אוגן, הברגה, צינורית, סליל התנגדות או סליל פתוח. תומכי קרמיקה עמידים לחום גבוה מספקים תמיכה מכנית לסלילים. ניתן להשתמש בחיישני טמפרטורה להעברת קריאות לבקר דיגיטלי לוויסות עוצמת החימום. צינורות פלדה יכולים לסייע בהעברת חום ובעמידות בפני קורוזיה במגוון תמיסות פטרוכימיות. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
