מתי לבחור את גוף חימום ערוץ אוויר צינורי עם צלעות?
גוף חימום חשמלי לתעלות אוויר עם אלמנטים צינוריים מצולעים. מיועד לחימום אוויר בתהליכים תעשייתיים ולחימום אוויר מאולץ. הצלעות מגדילות את שטח הפנים ומאפשרות צפיפות הספק גבוהה יותר. המבנה הצינורי מיועד לעמידות טובה יותר בפני קורוזיה, חמצון ורעידות. מתאים במיוחד לסביבות לחות או מאובקות שבהן מבנה סליל פתוח פחות מתאים. ניתן להתאמה לפי גודל, הספק, חומר, שלבי בקרה ודרישות יישום. אפשר לשלב מפסקי זרימת אוויר, הגנות תרמיות, מגענים ואפשרויות בקרה שונות. האלמנטים ניתנים להחלפה דרך תיבת החיבורים לשיפור השירותיות. מסגרות מיוצרות מפלדה עמידה לקורוזיה, עם אפשרות למסגרת מנירוסטה. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
