מתי לבחור את גוף חימום שטוח (סטריפ)?
גוף חימום שטוח מיועד לחימום ישיר של משטחים באמצעות מגע עם פני השטח. הוא מתאים ליישומים תעשייתיים שדורשים חימום משטח ובקרת טמפרטורה רציפה. המבנה כולל אלמנט חימום שרוול או מעטפת מגן ואביזרי התקנה. קיימים חומרי בידוד להפחתת איבוד חום. ניתן להתקין באמצעות הידוק או הברגה אל משטחים ועצמים. גרסאות עם סנפירים משפרות מעבר חום לאוויר ומאפשרות חימום משטח וחימום אוויר. ניתן לשליטה באמצעות תרמוסטט מכני או תרמוסטט דו מתכתי המותקן על המשטח המחומם. קיימות תצורות חיבור שונות כולל הדקים וחוטי הזנה. המוצר ניתן להתאמה לפי גודל הספק מתח וחומר. טמפרטורת העבודה המרבית המוצהרת היא 500 מעלות פרנהייט או 260 מעלות צלזיוס. ההתאמה הסופית נקבעת לפי תנאי התהליך, מתח ההזנה, בקרת הטמפרטורה, סביבת ההתקנה ודרישות הבטיחות.
